Pet Types
A non-refundable fee of $350.00 is required for each pet along with a $30 pet rent per month, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per home. Breed restrictions apply. Management reserves the right to exclude unusual and exotic pets (including snakes) at their discretion. Owners shall be responsible for the health and welfare of their pets. Please see pet addendum of your lease agreement for additional guidelines regarding pets.
